At Wholly Mindful we believe that all people have the right to a healthy mind, a relaxed body, nourishing relationships, and a balanced emotional life. We teach practices that promote integration of the mind, body and heart. We embrace the science of neuroplasticity and offer hope to those who have suffered from anxiety and other difficult emotions and life experiences.
Through education and practice, we guide our students to skillfully learn to be present and aware, compassionately embrace that which is difficult, and deliberately cultivate and grow that which is good. We believe in and support the development of a healthy mind, which is the foundation of a whole and happy life.
