Wholly Mindful's Mindfulness and Well-being Training
Jamie Lynn Tatera teaches mindfulness and well-being to adults and children in individual and semi-private sessions. She also offers professional development and wellness training to schools and other organizations.
Jamie Lynn customizes her sessions to meet the needs of the individual or organization and uses research based mindfulness, applied mindfulness and self-compassion strategies to empower clients to profoundly improve their state of well-being. The Wholly Mindful eight week Mindfulness and Well-Being curriculum is an experiential training that incorporates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, cognitive strategies, self-compassion (resilience) training, and positive neuroplasticity.
