Our fun and engaging foundations class incorporates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-compassion and growing the good. This class will get you started on the path to a healthier mind and a happier life.

Mindful Yoga
Jamie Lynn offers live online Mindful Yoga classes from 9:30-10:30am CST on Wednesdays.
This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It's a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Befriending our Bodies
This class incorporates slow, mindful movements and neuromuscular re-education to help us to find more ease and comfort in our bodies. One hour of gentle mobilizing and strengthening is followed by fifteen minutes of guided relaxation.

Self-Compassion for Teachers & Students
During these challenging times, resilience boosting self-compassion is more important than ever. Jamie Lynn offers Self-Compassion trainings for teachers and schools.
