Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is research-based program that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being.

Jamie Lynn offers live online Mindful Yoga classes from 9:30-10:30am CST on Wednesdays.

This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction.  It's a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind.  Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, focused and ready to take on your day!

Befriending our Bodies

This class incorporates slow, mindful movements and neuromuscular re-education to help us to find more ease and comfort in our bodies.  One hour of gentle mobilizing and strengthening is followed by fifteen minutes of guided relaxation.

Live online session is from 9:00 - 10:15am CT Mondays (ongoing through Feb. 11)

Self-Compassion for Teachers & Students
