Befriending our Bodies Registration
This class incorporates slow, mindful movements to help us to befriend and feel more comfortable in our bodies. One hour of gentle movement is followed by fifteen minutes of guided relaxation.
Live online sessions are from 9:00 - 10:15am CT on Mondays, December 14 and 21, 2020.
