Our monthly conversation and practice group will meet live-online on the third Tuesday of each month from 12:30-2:30pm CT (1:30-3:30pm ET and 10:30am-12:30pm PT) July 20th, 2021 through June 21st, 2022. Our weekly online discussion forum begins mid-June. Our weekly discussion forum will help you to integrate the concepts from the weekly compassion course lesson, and our monthly live-online meetings will provide an opportunity to practice the skills that you have learned. Jamie Lynn will skillfully guide you in applying mindfulness, self-compassion and compassion both to the thoughts in your mind as well as your relationships with others.
