About this Fierce Self-Compassion Practice Group
Each individual is invited to find a balance between tender and fierce self-compassion in order to become the most effective and authentic version of themselves. This book study and practice group is designed for women and other people who would like to cultivate their ability to protect, motivate, and provide for themselves. Cultivating fierce self-compassion can enable us to live the lives that we are created to live and make maximum positive impact in the lives of others. About this training • Designed for women and other people who would like to cultivate fierce self-compassion • Incorporates ideas from Kristin Neff's Fierce Self-Compassion book • Integrates group fierce self-compassion exercises, meditations and practices led by a certified Mindful Self-Compassion Instructor • A focus on both cultivating fierce self-compassion in our own lives as well as applying the elements of protecting, providing and motivating to show up effectively in the world |

Note 1: Participants are responsible for purchasing the book (or audiobook), Fierce Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff.
Note 2: Previous mindful self-compassion study / training is recommended and will enable participant's to obtain maximum benefit from this practice group.
- Six weekly live-online sessions each lasting an hour and fifteen minutes (with 15 minutes of optional Q & A after each session)

- Session 2: Harnessing the Power of Anger
- Session 3: "Protective" Self-Compassion
- Session 4: "Providing" Self-Compassion
- Session 5: "Motivating" Self-Compassion
- Session 6: Self-Compassionate Boundaries & Self-Love
