In this course, you and your teen will learn to:
In this 8-week live-online course teens and parents are invited to participate in activities and carefully crafted practices and meditations designed to help teens and parents learn how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with greater ease. Backed by research, findings indicate increases in emotional well-being and greater resilience after taking the course.
*Video recordings of a different parent-teen MSC-T course are available for families who are unable to attend the live-online session time.
