In this course, you and your teen will learn to:
In this 8-week live-online course teens and parents are invited to participate in activities and carefully crafted practices and meditations designed to help parents and learn how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with greater ease. Backed by research, findings indicate increases in emotional well-being and greater resilience after taking the course.
Live online dates and times: April 8 through May 27, 2021 from 6-7:30pm CT. Video recordings of a parent-teen MFY course are available for families who are unable to attend the live-online session time. The investment for this training for each parent-teen pair is $397* *Contact Jamie Lynn if your family needs a partial scholarship to attend this training.
