What is Mindful Self-Compassion?
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported program that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being. MSC training teaches us how to treat ourselves as we would treat a good friend, which serves as a foundation for achieving personal goals as well as strengthening our relationships with others.
