What is Mindful Self-Compassion?
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported program that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being. MSC training teaches us how to treat ourselves as we would treat a good friend, which serves as a foundation for achieving personal goals as well as strengthening our relationships with others. Visit the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion website to LEARN MORE about Mindful Self-Compassion Training, or see the above list of trainings for info about upcoming adult or teen offerings.
