Jamie Lynn offers live online Mindful Yoga classes from 9:30-10:30am CST on Wednesdays. Practice in community with others from the comfort of your home.*
This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It's a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Finish feeling relaxed, refreshed, and focused.
