Jamie Lynn offers live online Mindful Yoga classes from 9:30-10:30am CST on Wednesdays. Practice in community with others live online from the comfort of your home during this pandemic.
Mindful Yoga offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It's a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Finish feeling relaxed, refreshed, and focused.
Scroll down to register for mindful yoga sessions with Jamie Lynn. The first class is free for everyone ($15 value). Participants are invited to donate the amount that is right for them for ongoing classes. All are welcome, regardless of their ability to contribute.
