This class incorporates slow, mindful movements and neuromuscular re-education to help us to find more ease and comfort in our bodies. One hour of gentle mobilizing and strengthening is followed by fifteen minutes of guided relaxation. Live online sessions are from 9:00 - 10:15am CT Mondays.
