Mindful Movement for Stress and Pain Relief Registration
This class incorporates slow, mindful movements and neuromuscular re-education to help us to find more resilience and comfort in our bodies. One hour of gentle mobilizing and strengthening is followed by fifteen minutes of guided relaxation.
