Mindful Yoga (adult training both in-person and live-online): This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It's a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, focused and ready to take on your day!
* Virtual Offering Wednesday mornings at 9:30am (Live on Zoom)
Register through Wholly Mindful to attend a single session OR register for a series of classes through the Shorewood Rec Department
* In-Person Offering Monday mornings at 9:30 am in Whitefish Bay
Registration for the in-person Yoga class is through the Whitefish Bay Recreation Department.
Parent-Child Mindful Yoga
Parents and children can both strengthen and relax their minds and bodies together. This fun and engaging class incorporates mindfulness and yoga to help to reduce stress and increase resilience. With our busy lifestyles, it is truly a gift for parents and children to simultaneously take care of themselves and enjoy time with one another.
