Self-Compassion for Kids Teacher TrainingDuring these challenging times, resilience and self-compassion is more important than ever. Jamie Lynn offers Resilience and Self-Compassion trainings for parents, educators and school districts.
This year, Jamie Lynn will also be offering a Self-Compassion for Kids training for educators who would like to teach self-compassion to their students. Note: The Path to Resilience: Cultivating resilience in our students and ourselves and Mindful Self-Compassion training are both prerequisites for enrolling in this course.
