Training for educators, parents, and other caregivers
Foundations of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion (The Path to Resilience)
*Available for 2 graduate level professional development semester credits for educators for an additional fee Our fun and engaging foundations class incorporates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-compassion and growing the good. This class will get you started on the path to a healthier mind and a happier life. This training includes additional components exclusively designed for parents and educators.
"This class provided me with more resources and ideas to use when I'm unsure of how to interact with my kids. Even more important, the group helped me realize that I am a human, just like all other parents, and that I WILL do things imperfectly and I CAN actually be kind to myself when I'm imperfect. I believe that modeling to my children how to be self-compassionate when I'm imperfect will help them grow up with better emotional health." -Laura from Fairfax, VA |
