Parent-Teen Self-Compassion (MSC-T) online training (European time)

In this course, you and your teen will learn to:
  • be kind to yourself when you are struggling
  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • handle difficult emotions with greater ease
  • strengthen resiliency and positivity
  • increase capacity to advance toward goals
  • feel less alone in struggles
  • become the best version of yourself
In this 8-week live-online course teens and parents are invited to participate in activities and carefully crafted practices and meditations designed to help teens and parents learn how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with greater ease. Backed by research, findings indicate increases in emotional well-being and greater resilience after taking the course.

Live online dates and times: Friday, April 1 through May 27, 2022 from 17:00-18:30pm UTC / 7-8:30pm CEST / 6-7:30pm BST; click here to convert to your time (skip March 25 and April 15)
Video recordings of a parent-teen MSC-T course are available for families who are unable to attend the live-online session time on a given week.

The investment for this training for each parent-teen pair is 295 £
