Jamie Lynn’s class was very helpful to me because I learned a lot about mindfulness. For example, I learned how to talk about my emotions in a nice way. I learned things I could do instead of screaming at people. My favorite thing I learned was 8 shakes. It taught me how to shake away my anger.
